Account Security

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits made by any method other than those listed above are not accepted. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

New members at bd9oi can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
- For a ৳18,000 deposit, you receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
- Wagering Requirement: you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
The bonus can only be received once. Any attempt to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all funds being forfeited.
General Promotion Rules
- Any promotion or bonus offer is valid only within the announced period.
- bd9oi reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- One promotion cannot be combined with another unless specifically stated.
- Bonus benefits are for your own gaming activity only — they cannot be transferred to another person's account.
- bd9oi reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited in error due to a system fault or technical issue.
VIP Membership and Rewards Program
VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback
Regular members at bd9oi can progress through five VIP tiers based on their activity. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall gaming activity and contribution to the platform. Eligibility to advance to a higher tier will be determined according to the criteria announced on the site.
bd9oi reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits may be withdrawn if an account is found to have violated the rules.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play

- If a match is abandoned or does not take place, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the rules of the specific market state otherwise.

Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your bd9oi account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, make sure to fulfil any pending bonus conditions or withdraw your funds. After the account is closed, the account information and transaction history will be retained for a defined period as required by law.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

- If a gaming session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
- If a transaction is delayed due to a service disruption from a third-party payment provider.
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistake.
